Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service with KleanWorks Cleaning Group (“KleanWorks”, “we”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our full Client Service Agreement provided upon booking.

2. Services

KleanWorks Cleaning Group provides residential, commercial and aged care cleaning services. Service inclusions may vary depending on the selected package and property condition.

​

3. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. Where access cannot be gained, cancellation fees may apply.

​

4. Pricing & Payments

  • A 50% deposit may be required for first-time services

  • Remaining balances are payable on the day of service unless otherwise agreed

  • Quotes are based on information provided at booking and may be adjusted if property condition or scope differs

KleanWorks reserves the right to suspend future services where payment is outstanding.

5. Pricing Adjustments

Service pricing may be reviewed periodically to reflect operational costs. Ongoing clients will receive written notice prior to any price changes.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice - full service fee

  • 24 - 48 hours’ notice - 50% fee

  • More than 48 hours’ notice - no charge

 

Repeated cancellations may result in removal from the schedule.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If an area has been missed or not completed to the expected standard, clients must notify KleanWorks within 24 hours so we can arrange a return visit where appropriate.

8. Health & Safety

KleanWorks reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where safety risks, hazards, or unsuitable conditions are identified. Applicable fees may still apply.

9. Liability

While KleanWorks maintains appropriate insurance, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Wear and tear or fragile items

  • Permanent stains or deterioration due to age or condition

​

10. Property Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is reasonably prepared for cleaning. Excessive clutter or preparation requirements may result in service adjustments or additional charges.

11. Photography for Documentation

KleanWorks staff may take photographs of cleaning results, pre-existing damage, hazards, or areas requiring clarification for internal documentation, quality assurance, training, and insurance purposes.

​

These images are stored securely and are not shared publicly.

​

From time to time, KleanWorks may request permission to use selected images for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes. Any public use of images will only occur where prior written consent has been provided by the client.

​

Where consent is granted, KleanWorks will take reasonable steps to avoid displaying identifiable personal information or sensitive content.

​

12. Communication

All service-related communication must occur through KleanWorks’ official channels to ensure accurate scheduling and documentation.

​

Clients are expected to treat all KleanWorks staff with respect, courtesy and professionalism at all times. If our staff encounter aggression, abuse, harassment, discrimination or any behaviour or conditions that compromise their safety or wellbeing, they have the right to leave the premises immediately. In such circumstances, the full service fee will apply. KleanWorks also reserves the right to discontinue ongoing services where unsafe or inappropriate conduct occurs.

13. Utilities

Clients must ensure access to electricity and running water during services. If unavailable, services may be modified or terminated.

14. Website Disclaimer

While we aim to ensure all website information is accurate, KleanWorks does not guarantee that website content is free from errors or interruptions. Service availability may change without notice.

6. Photography & Documentation

During service delivery, KleanWorks may capture photographs of areas cleaned, pre-existing damage, hazards, or matters requiring clarification. These images are used solely for internal documentation, quality assurance, staff training and insurance purposes and are stored securely.
