Yes. We are fully insured and operate with professionalism and care at all times.
All team members are screened, police checked, trained and committed to maintaining high standards of safety, confidentiality and respect in every environment we work in.
We provide professional-grade cleaning products and equipment for all commercial and office services.
For residential homes, we kindly request the use of your vacuum and mop where possible. This approach helps minimise cross-contamination between households and supports the high hygiene standards we maintain in every home we enter.
If suitable equipment is not available, please let us know and we will arrange an appropriate solution.

For larger or more detailed jobs, we may recommend a quick on-site assessment to ensure your quote is accurate and tailored to your needs. All quotes are obligation-free.
No, you do not need to be home as long as access has been arranged securely.
Many of our clients provide access via key, lockbox, or prior arrangement. We treat all properties with the highest level of care and security.
Where possible, we aim to provide consistency by assigning the same cleaner for ongoing services.
If a change is required due to availability or leave, we will communicate this in advance.
We completely understand that plans can change, life happens!
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your service. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client and keep our schedule running smoothly.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee, as time and staffing have been specifically allocated to your booking.
We always aim to be fair and understanding and we appreciate your respect for our team’s time.
Your feedback is genuinely important to us.
If something hasn’t met your expectations or has been missed, please let us know within 24 hours of your clean. We’ll review the concern and arrange to rectify it promptly where appropriate.
